Denim and Dimonds 2024

Well I started this blog post about three weeks ago (9 days to be exact) and here we are! But I thought  this event deserved a proper update rather than just post on facebook, I probapbly will do that as well of course. Saturday 18th was the Denim and Dimons theamed photoshoot hosted and organised by Lee, Eifon and the team at Welshot at Rakewood Higher Mill in Littlebourough.  

The Mill its self otherwise known as Schofield Hall mill, possibly originally dates from the late 18th cent, but with extended structures added.  It was used in the production of textiles. Derelict for about 30 years, it made for a facinating and unique location for a photo shoot.

I had a really good time and got pernty of shots im really happy with, the modles for the day were Hammish Scott, Elle Baldwinson and Rachel Gittins. Rachel Ive shot with before at other Welshot events but not with Elle and Hammish, and all were excellent, hard working experinced models.
